At the outset, I would like to call out the patience our agent Kunal showed during the booking process – fielding our endless questions, offering suggestions and alternatives and just being available on call and ping whenever we needed to discuss the nitty gritties of our package. The arrangements including the hotel, airport pick & drop and sight-seeing was beyond our expectation. We were particularly impressed with the punctuality & courtesy of the drivers; we were bowled over by the guides (Sarfaraz & Adrian) who were knowledgeable & friendly and shared information in an easy conversational style that held our attention. Overall, we are very satisfied with Travel Explorers and look forward to creating many more happy memories because of them.
