Osaka Day 1: Arrival
Welcome to Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun! Airport transfers at a fixed time to your hotel and check-in (standard time: 15:00). Spend the rest of the day at leisure and savour an Indian dinner. Overnight stay in Osaka. ( D )

Osaka Day 2: Hiroshima Day Tour
Experience the thrill of the bullet train from Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Park & Museum, Atomic Bomb Dome, and Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island (ferry included). Return to Osaka via bullet train and enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Osaka Day 3: Local Sightseeing
Discover Osaka’s heritage at Osaka Castle (photo stop). Visit Umeda Sky Building to view the city from top. Stroll through the vibrant Dotonbori Street during free time. Overnight stay in Osaka. ( B, L, D )

Osaka Day 4: Kyoto Day Tour
Walk through the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and admire the iconic Golden Pavilion (Kinkakuji Temple). Later, visit the vibrant Fushimi Inari Shrine (photo stop). Enjoy Indian meals and return to your hotel. Overnight stay in Osaka. ( B, L, D )

Nagoya Day 5: Nara & Nagoya Tour
Explore Todaiji Temple and interact with deer at Nara Deer Park. Travel to Nagoya and visit Nabana no Sato, known for its floral displays (with illumination). Overnight stay in Nagoya after dinner at an Indian restaurant. ( B, L, D )

Tokyo Day 6: Mt Fuji & Hakone Area
Enjoy panoramic views from the Owakudani Ropeway and cruise on Lake Ashi (both weathers permitted). Enjoy view of Mt. Fuji from Lake Ashi cruise. (if weather permits). Overnight stay in Hakone or Tokyo with Indian meals included. ( B, L, D )

Tokyo Day 7: Local Sightseeing
Explore Tokyo’s highlights: Ueno Park, Asakusa Temple, and Nakamise Street. Photo stop at Tokyo sky tree. Visit Odaiba region witnessing statue of liberty and enjoy interactive exhibits at Team labs Planet. Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Tokyo. ( B, L, D )

Tokyo Day 8: Leisure:
After breakfast, choose to visit Tokyo Disneyland or Disney sea (optional) or explore Tokyo’s highlights like Ginza and Shibuya Crossing on your own. ( B )

Seoul Day 9: Tokyo to Seoul Flight:
After breakfast transfer from Tokyo Hotel to airport Internal Flight from Tokyo to Seoul (20 Kg checking + 7 Kg hand luggage allowed)

Seoul Day 10: Seoul City tour + Nami Island:
Breakfast at the hotel Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Insa-dong/Ikseon-dong Later visit Nami Island. Stay overnight in Seoul. (B, L, D)

Seoul Day 11 : DMZ Tour & Shopping:
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), Imjingak Park, Bridge of Freedom, DMZ Theatre & Exhibition Hall, the 3rd Tunnel, and Dora Observatory. Free time for shopping.
Overnight in Seoul. (B , L , D)

Departure Day 12: Hotel Check-Out
After breakfast at your hotel, check out and transfer to Incheon International Airport at 7 am for your departure, marking the end of this wonderful 12-day tour. (B)

• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:

100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:

In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:
The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Visa:
Japan : Indian citizens require a valid visa in advance to enter Japan, costing ₹500 for single or multiple-entry short-term visas, processed through VFS Global in 5 to 10 working days. Japan does not offer visa-on-arrival for Indian passport holders.

South Korea : Indian citizens require a visa to visit mainland South Korea, with exceptions for Jeju Island, and can apply through VFS Global or BLS International centers in India.

Rate policy: The Rate of Exchange (ROE) shall be the prevailing rate on the date / day of booking. Any upward revisions in the rates & taxes, these will be additionally charged. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Passport: The passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel (9 months for Malaysia) from date of return.
Child Policy: Infants’ are defined as being less than two years of age and are free of cost. A ‘Child’ is defined as having completed two (02) years but not yet completed twelve (12) years, with a height below 130 centimeters. For any child who has completed 12 years of age, adult rates will apply for accommodation, sightseeing and excursions.
Booking Policy: When making package tour reservations, please advise all required details such as passenger names, flight details, type & number of rooms, children’s ages etc. as shown in the Passport. One element of the package is Airport – Hotel – Airport transfers on Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis. The client should be informed that if the scheduled transfer on SIC is missed for any reason, including flight delay; he has to wait for the next SIC arrival. If the last SIC transfer for the day has already departed the client will not be entitled to any refund. Private transport can be arranged at additional direct payment.
