Day 1: Haneda/ Narita Airport – Tokyo
Meet & Greet at the Airport exit door.
Transfer: Airport to Tokyo hotel

Day 2: Tokyo Sightseeing
Tour Start: After Breakfast
Sightseeing:
 Asakusa Sensoji Shrine – Tokyo’s oldest temple, dating back to 7th Century and a must visit attraction in everyone’s itinerary.
 Nakamise Shopping Street – The famous shopping street in Asakusa, Nakamise shopping street is about 250 metres in length located right outside the Senso-ji Temple.
 Tokyo Sky Tree – With a height of 634 metres, Tokyo Skytree, is one of the tallest structure in Japan and offers majestic views of the city from its observation deck.
 Teamlab Planets (Depends on availability) – One of the city’s hottest art spots, this immersive museum was opened in 2018.

Day 3: Tokyo: Excursion to Mount Fuji
Tour Start: After Early Breakfast
Sightseeing:
 Mt. Fuji 5th Station – Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is a popular starting point for all climbers wanting to hike through Japan’s highest peak and is famous for offering stunning views.
 Lake Ashi Cruise – This 30-minute cruise offers 360-degree views from its viewing deck, particularly of Mt. Fuji (on clear days).
 Hakone Ropeway – A cable car ride which provides magnificient views of the volcanic hot springs of Owakudani and of surrounding Hakone area.
Note: Mt. Fuji can only be seen on a clear, sunny day

Day 4: Tokyo Sightseeing

Sightseeing:
 Ueno Zoological Garden – Ueno Zoo, Japan’s oldest zoo, is home to Giant Pandas. It is spread over 35 acres and is divided into east gardens and west gardens.
 Ueno Park – A spacious public park in the Ueno district.
 Ueno Tokyo National Museum – One of largest art museum and oldest museum in Japan, which has over 1,00,000 individual items on display.
 Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden – Built around 1906, it is one of the most Tokyo’s largest and most famous park. Entry on Direct payment basis 500 Yen
 Cat Billboard – A giant, incredibly realistic 3D cat.
 Spot Godzilla head at Shinjuku Gracery hotel – A popular tourist attraction in Shinjuku, the 80 tons sculpture in the shape of Godzilla which is placed on eighth floor of Hotel Gracery
 Golden Gai (evening) – Composed of six narrow alleys which has more than 200 shanty styled bars, clubs and eateries.

Day 5: Tokyo: Osaka Sightseeing

Sightseeing:
 Osaka Castle – One of Osaka’s most prominent landmark which became the symbol of Osaka and has 5 tiers and 8 floors. From the top, one can enjoy majestic views of Osaka City.
 Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan – Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan located in Osaka’s bay area is home to 30,000 creatures and 620 species in all.
 Umeda Sky building – 173 meters tall building which has an observation facility at 39th, 40th and rooftop offering 360 degrees panoramic view of entire Osaka City.
 Dotonbori – One of Osaka’s major tourist hotspot which is filled with towering flashing neon signs, clubs, restaurants, bars which serves up local as well as international cuisines.
Overnight: Osaka

Day 6: Osaka: Kyoto Sightseeing
Tour Start: After Breakfast

Sightseeing:
 Fushimi Inari Taisha – An important Shinto shrine famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates. It’s a hike of around 2 hrs where on summit there is a small shrine.
 Arashiyama Bamboo Grove – Also known as Sagano Bamboo Forest where the tourist can walk amongst the towering forest of green bamboo which line up the path.
 Kiyomizudera – Kiyomizu-dera is a Buddhist temple located in eastern Kyoto, Japan. The temple is part of the Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto UNESCO World Heritage Site.
 Kinkakuji Temple – A popular Buddhist Zen Temple located in North Kyoto whose top 2 floors are covered with gold leaf.
Overnight: Osaka

Day 7: Osaka Sightseeing – Nara Excursion
Tour Start: After Breakfast
Sightseeing:
 Nara Deer park – A must see attraction in Nara spread over 660 hectares is famous for its freely roaming deers and world famous temples. Feeding the deer is a popular practise here.
 Todaiji Temple – One of Japan’s most famous and significant temple which was constructed in 752. The main building houses, one of Japan’s largest bronze statues of Lord Buddha which is about 15 meters tall.

Day 8: Departure

• The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before the Date of Travel.

• 30 or more days before departure: 25%
• Between 20 to 29 days before departure: 50%
• Between 10 to 19 days before departure: 100%
• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE BY EMAIL, ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS & MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR STAFF IN WRITING. There is no refund on any unutilized service.

Flight Tickets:

100% Amount of flight tickets at the time of flight booking.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Rescheduling:

In case you are unable to travel as planned and need to reschedule your date of travel:
The cost of rescheduling needs to be paid by the guest subject to amendment charges from hotels and transporters.

Visa:
Indian citizens require a valid visa in advance to enter Japan, costing ₹500 for single or multiple-entry short-term visas, processed through VFS Global in 5 to 10 working days. Japan does not offer visa-on-arrival for Indian passport holders.

Rate policy: The Rate of Exchange (ROE) shall be the prevailing rate on the date / day of booking. Any upward revisions in the rates & taxes, these will be additionally charged. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Passport: The passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel (9 months for Malaysia) from date of return.
Child Policy: Infants’ are defined as being less than two years of age and are free of cost. A ‘Child’ is defined as having completed two (02) years but not yet completed twelve (12) years, with a height below 130 centimeters. For any child who has completed 12 years of age, adult rates will apply for accommodation, sightseeing and excursions.
Booking Policy: When making package tour reservations, please advise all required details such as passenger names, flight details, type & number of rooms, children’s ages etc. as shown in the Passport. One element of the package is Airport – Hotel – Airport transfers on Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis. The client should be informed that if the scheduled transfer on SIC is missed for any reason, including flight delay; he has to wait for the next SIC arrival. If the last SIC transfer for the day has already departed the client will not be entitled to any refund. Private transport can be arranged at additional direct payment.
